Korean companies stand out in the health fair

2017 Natural Products Expo West (NPEW), the world’s largest natural health fair, opened at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC). Korea and Korean American companies have articipated in many Korean health food advertisements. In this exhibition marked the 37th anniversary this year, the latest trends of well-being industries from natural, and organic foods to health related products could be found,

so the scale of this event with companies’ participation rate has been growing every year. Approximately 3,000 companies including the newly participation of 600 companies from about 124 countries participated in

this year. Organizers expect to be found 70,000 visitors for three days.


Organizers explained, “After taking this well-being wave, healthy foods including good materials and clean recipes is receiving attention around the world. Its market is more than $100 trillion. Exhibitors can advertise

their healthy foods, in this event as well as get distribution, marketing, and network.”


A Korean Food Company’s party said, “It is important that Korea companies try to promote Korean brand recognition by explaining Korean health foods and tasting them directly in this fair, which is evaluated as a

total gathering place of natural products all over the world.”


Branch manager from aT LA mentioned, “Natural foods are growing steadily in the US and are suitable for healthy Korean food, and we will do our best to spread the image of related

Korean food and lead to increase of exports.”
