For the Organic & Natural Trade Fiar 2018, Embassy of Paraguay presents some of the organic products of Paraguay such as ; organic sugar, stevia, yerba mate, chia seeds, natural organic fruit juice and vegitable charcoal. Stevia is a native Paraguayan plant with essential components that is natural calories-free alternative to sweeteners.

Since the times of the Guarani Indians, yerba mate has been used therapeutically as a cure for inflammation, rheumatism and also as a digestive and diuretic tonic.
